This seminar invited corporate human resources recruitment professionals to share “Essential Skills and Qualifications for College Students.” From the perspective of corporate talent selection, the seminar explored the core competencies required in the workplace, including professional skills, communication and coordination abilities, problem-solving skills, teamwork, and workplace attitudes. Through practical experience sharing, students gained a better understanding of corporate talent needs and job preparation strategies, enabling them to develop workplace competitiveness in advance and enhance their ability to adapt to future employment challenges.
