Activity Content

This training program is designed to enhance faculty members’ ability to utilize the UCAN (University Career and Competency Assessment Network) system. The course introduces career competency assessment tools and career guidance resources that support students’ career development. Topics include UCAN system functions, interpretation of competency assessment results, career counseling applications, learning pathway planning, and employability development. Through hands-on practice and case studies, participants will learn how to integrate UCAN resources into teaching and student guidance to strengthen career readiness and employability.
