Responsibilities:
Learn and execute store sales management and daily operations (complete training provided at each stage)
Learn different retail sales models and operations (mainly in department stores)
Gain fashion industry knowledge, brand/product expertise, and market analysis skills
Achieve stage-specific KPIs and work toward promotion
Support MT team members to grow together and meet group performance goals
Work Schedule & Area:
Stores are assigned near your residence—no long travel required
Working hours & rest days follow store operation schedules and labor regulations (4-week flexible working hours)
Guaranteed rest days — we value your work-life balance!
Qualifications:
Fluent in spoken and written Chinese
Able to use a computer

Monthly salary: NT$33,000 – NT$52,000
