UNIQLO’s Global Management Candidate (UMC) Program is a management training program designed for the new generation who aspire to become international leaders. We select outstanding talents with a strong desire to challenge themselves and high growth potential, cultivating future business leaders who will drive our global operations.
Participants will challenge themselves to become a Store Manager within 0.5 years, and continue developing their careers in retail operations, headquarters, or overseas.
We look forward to growing together with you through the Global Management Candidate Program, continuously strengthening your personal capabilities while advancing alongside the steadily expanding and globally positioned FR Group. Through the power of clothing, we aim to bring positive impact to the world!
We will also hold an Online Information Session on 3/4 (Wed) from 12:00–13:00. All students are welcome to register and join us!
