Job Responsibilities
Assist the sales team in handling customer requirements, order processes, and related operational tasks.
Organize order data, prepare shipping documents, and track shipment progress.
Prepare and arrange shipment of customer product samples.
Organize product information, prepare products for online listing, and assist in website or e-commerce platform management.
Establish and maintain CRM customer data while learning the basic application of customer development tools.
Handle daily administrative and general office tasks.
Perform other operational and administrative duties assigned by supervisors.
